Factory Direct LED - Factory Warranty Overview

One of the greatest aspects of LED signs is their reliability.  With solid-state components and LED semi-conductor lamps that offer up to an 11+ year, 100,000 hour rated half-life (running 24/7/365 at full brightness, this is the point at which LEDs reach half of their original brightness), and offering minimal lamp failure rates, there isn’t much to worry about.  FDLED’s standard limited warranty on our Premier color displays is a 5 year sign parts exchange warranty which is included in our value pricing.  We realize that our competitors may charge higher base prices in order to include their “extended” warranty fees.  We keep our base prices low for Clients who wish to capitalize on value without forcing extended warranties into our sign pricing.  Extended warranty coverage can be considered an unnecessary expense, which is why FDLED allows our Clients to make the warranty decision.   For Clients who desire the peace of mind that extended warranties may provide, we will gladly quote extended warranty and service options separately.
